What to include in your message
To help us reply quickly, please include:
- Your business name and the phone number you registered with
- A short description of the issue or question
- Screenshots if it's a UI / app issue
- The approximate time the issue occurred (helps us check logs)
Response time
We aim to respond to all support emails within 1 business day. Critical issues (login failure, payment problems) are usually answered within a few hours during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST).
In-app support
If you're already signed in to SapTrack — on the Android app or on the web — the easiest way to send us a support request is via Settings → Contact Support. Your business details are attached automatically so we have full context to help.
