Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your SapTrack gym owner account and all data associated with your gym at any time. This page is the official channel for owners who can no longer access the app (for example, after uninstalling or losing their login). If you are still able to log in, the fastest option is Settings → Delete Account inside the app.

Who this page is for

SapTrack gym owners — you signed up for SapTrack, registered your gym, and log into the app with your phone number and password. Use the form below.

Gym members — if your gym uses SapTrack to manage your membership, you are not a SapTrack user; your details are stored by your gym (who acts as the controller of your data). To request deletion or correction of your records, please contact your gym directly. If your gym is unreachable, you may still write to us at support@saptrack.in and we will help you reach them.

What gets deleted

Once we process your request, the following will be permanently removed from our systems:

Your owner account, login credentials, and profile
Your gym, all branches, and gym configuration
All member records, photos, and ID proofs
Attendance history and biometric IDs
Leads, plans, memberships, and message templates
WhatsApp message logs sent through the platform
Push-notification tokens linked to your account

What we are required to retain

Some data must be retained even after deletion, due to Indian legal and tax obligations:

Payment and invoice records — 7 years (Income Tax Act, 1961)
Subscription transaction history — 7 years
Anonymised, aggregated usage analytics — indefinitely (cannot be linked back to you)

Retained records contain only the minimum data required by law and are not used for any operational or marketing purpose.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you used to register, once the deletion is complete. If we need to verify your identity before deleting (to prevent unauthorised deletion of someone else’s account), our team will reach out before processing.
